detailed description;;[/u]
Mothpaw is a petite cat, even for a young female. Her body is more soft than muscular, and her features are delicate like the petals of a flower, or more appropriately; a moth's wing. Her paws are especially tiny, and her fluffy fur makes them seem disproportionate. Being a long-haired cat, her pelt does give her some filling, but this doesn't really give her much more armor. Her fur has the texture of cotton or down, and she would make an excellent pillow for a sleepy friend. Her hair is very fine and easily gets dirty, so she tries to spend a good amount of time grooming. The task usually gets boring pretty quick, so sometimes her perfectly round, white toes are almost dark brown with mud and whatever else she's been tampering with.
When clean, the color of the fur itself is quite magnificent. Her body is mostly ghost-white like freshly fallen snow. The only parts of her pelt that aren't luminescent white are her legs (not paws), tail, ears, and face. Those points are all soft, silver-blue. The white fades to silver on her legs, but then the silver abruptly ends at her paws, so her toes are as white as snow. Her long, feather-like tail is all silvery blue, as well as her ears. Her face is covered with a "mask" of blue-silver, and her little nose is black.
Mothpaw's eyes are large and distinctive against her silvery face. They are a deep, sapphire blue like the color of the lake in the evening. They seem to shine like all the warriors of StarClan and one could very well get lost while looking into them.

personality;;
Mothpaw is a very sugary-sweet and loving she-cat. She looks for the good in every cat, even the most bitter and terrifying ShadowClan cats. She is compassionate toward all life and does not believe that certain cats are better or worse than others. She is extremely trusting, which is one of her weaknesses. She can easily be taken advantage of, and cats often do just that. She tries to never complain, even when she is uncomfortable, and it's difficult for her to stand up for herself. She is quick to admit she makes mistakes, but often compliments others even when they don't really deserve very much phrase.
Mothpaw is a day-dreamer and a star-gazer. She can often be observed staring skyward with her head in the clouds. Sometimes this gets so bad that she often forgets what she is supposed to be doing, to the annoyance of her mentor. Also, sometimes she says random things that don't make sense or pertain to the conversation, and she ends up looking like a mouse-brain. Her attention span is very short, and she often gets wrapped up chasing bugs or rolling in the meadows and forgets how fast time goes by.
Mothpaw is absolutely loyal to WindClan, StarClan, and the Warrior Code. She knows the all the rules by heart and often repeats them to remind other cats, who are usually surprised she can even remember the first code, let alone the whole thing. Mothpaw is also very emotionally connected to StarClan and speaks of them as if they were just over the hill. She loves to bring hope to other cats by reassuring them that StarClan is waiting to welcome them and there is no need to be afraid of death. She seems so confident in her faith and devoted to her clan and her morals. But there's much more to this she-cat than that.
Although she seems to be a very open cat who never lies about anything, Mothpaw, like every cat, has her secrets. In fact, her biggest secret could have cost her everything. She met a young tom named Spiderpaw at her first gathering. He seemed fascinated with her, and she couldn't figure out why. He made her stomach twist in knots and she seemed to lose feeling in her limbs whenever she saw him. She approached him first and tried to start a conversation. He seemed apprehensive and shy, but she could tell that he didn't want her to go away. Something sparked between the two cats, and it wasn't surprising when they started to meet up on the edge of the lake. This was extremely risky, not only because they were meeting right by ThunderClan territory, but also because they were both busy apprentices, and their absences weren't easily unnoticed.
Mothpaw and Spiderpaw were almost as opposite as day and night, but they felt like they understood each other. Mothpaw listened as Spiderpaw opened up to her about his past, and about his current conflicts with his father and his brother. She comforted him and explained her own dark relationship with her parents. The two couldn't stand being apart from each other for more than a day, but it got to the point where their clans became suspicious.
At the time, Mothpaw was training to be a warrior. The training wasn't going well at all, and she began to feel like she didn't belong in the clan at all. Spiderpaw had suggested that they run away together, and Mothpaw was faced with the hardest decision she had ever had to make. The night they were supposed to run away together, Mothpaw received a sign from StarClan when she saw a moth flying away from a spider that was crawling all over a bushel of death-berries. She knew then that she could never be with Spiderpaw, because her destiny was to give herself to StarClan, and their relationship could only result in a poisonous death. She knew the only way she could convince him that they shouldn't see each other anymore was to tell him that her heart belonged to someone else. She knew that this broke his heart, and it broke hers too. He swore to her that he would never love again, and she silently returned the promise.
Mothpaw still thinks of Spiderpaw, now Spidercrawl, often. She tries to concentrate all her energies on her new path as a medicine cat and tries her best keep a positive attitude so that no one might suspect that she had fallen in love with a cat from another clan. Her greatest fear is that StarClan might reject her because the reasons why she really wanted to become a Medicine Cat. It was the only way she could get over him, but she was afraid that their love has forever cursed them.

history;;
Mothkit's parents were typical loyal WindClan cats on the surface. Her mother was a sweet but timid queen named Swanfeather and her father was a proud tom named Turkeyspike. Mothkit was often forced to witness her father abusing her mother when no one was around. They seemed like a fairly happy couple of mates to everyone else, but Mothkit was forced to watch Turkeyspike's random outburst of anger that he took out on Swanfeather. It got so bad once that Swanfeather had to go to the Medicine cat den. She told the clan that she had been attacked by a loner, but Mothkit knew better. She kept her mouth shut because she was afraid, and because her mother told her that it was for the best. When Swanfeather fell sick with black-cough, Turkeyspike appeared to be devastated by her death. This confused Mothkit, and to this day she hasn't really been able to understand the strange and dark relationship her parents had. Turkeyspike became an elder, and has almost completely lost all his memories. He babbled nonsense and had no recollection of who Mothpaw was. Finally one day he choked on an old bird bone and died.
Spiderpaw was the only one she could confide her troubles to. Without him, she probably would have went crazy. After she dumped him, she went to the Medicine cat and begged to be taken on as the apprentice healer. She promised that she would do her very best to serve her clan and follow the codes of StarClan. She still has much to learn before she can be given her full name, but she is going to try her best to develop all her skills and become one of WindClan's finest Medicine Cats.

Activity:
I am a college student, so there may be times when I can only get on during weekends. However, I plan to do my best to keep up with all my characters as well as all the hustle and bustle of One Life. I love Warriors role-play and I will put as much effort as I can into Mothpaw’s development and her transition from apprentice to Medicine Cat.
Why should I give this to you?
I am passionate about every character I make because each of them has attributes that reflect who I am. Mothpaw is no exception and I think that being a Medicine cat will better allow me to unravel her destiny.
Role-Play Example:
StarClan warriors glistened over a blanket of purple-black sky. The moon had just reached its fattest stage, and now it was quietly waning as eyelids droop into a peaceful slumber. A shaggy, black and gray tom sat in silence in the shadows of a jagged pine, his chilling green eyes sparkling the reflection of the stars. A couple tail-lengths from this cat was the methodical rhythm of the shore of the mighty lake that marked the heart of this lush and lively land. Walking just on the edge of the foamy waves, the tom spotted a tiny figure outlined in starlight. He felt his heart skip a beat as a petite white feline emerged into view. Her head was low and her tearful blue eyes were anxiously scanning her surroundings.
"I knew you'd come..." The shadowy tom whispered.
The white she-cat raised her silvery blue head and couldn't seem to hide the light of joy in her sapphire stare.
"Of course I would, Spiderpaw. We promised each other we'd meet here after the gathering yesterday. You know, it's been a moon since we've met?" She came to a stop in front of Spiderpaw and touched her silky pink nose to his rough black muzzle.
Spiderpaw inhaled her sweet, herbal scent before replying, "I know, Mothpaw. I think about that night all the time. You look so beautiful tonight."
Mothpaw rested her head on his deep, smoky-gray chest and purred contentedly. She felt safe with him, as if he could fight off any foe that might try to harm her. But even her happiness of seeing him could not wash away all the worries that weighed her shoulders.
"Spiderpaw, I feel like such a mouse-brain. I can't do anything my mentor asks of me. All the other apprentices are so far ahead of me already. I don't know what to do."
Spiderpaw wrapped his giant bushy tail around her frail figure. "These things take time, Mothpaw. But I know how you feel. My brother is always doing things perfect and it makes dad push me even harder."
The two young cats were silent for a while. The only noise around them was the wash of the gentle lake's waves and the distance hum of frogs calling to one another. Spiderpaw finally broke the silence.
"You know, maybe this whole warrior thing is overrated. Maybe... we don't really belong in a clan."
Mothpaw tensed under his warm tail, and looked up at him with shocked, sparkling blue eyes. "How could you say that? We were born here. Our ancestors died protecting this land. And our clans... they need us. How could we just... leave?"
Spiderpaw gazed unwaveringly into her beautiful face, and said, "We should belong wherever we want to be, not where others think we should. And besides, think about our parents... why would they care if we left?"
Mothpaw bowed her head, and could not think of a response. After a long pause, she said, "I'm afraid, Spiderpaw."
Spiderpaw pressed his nose on her forehead and said, "What are you afraid of? You know I'll protect you no matter what."
She took a deep breath and said, "It's...well, it's StarClan. Why would they want to welcome traitors into their ranks? I... I'm afraid of abandoning my faith in my ancestors. If they won't be there to greet me when I die, than what is there to look forward to?"
Spiderpaw wanted to tell her that she didn't need anyone else... that he would be there for her no matter what. But he couldn't find the words to comfort her fears about death. All he could do was tighten the grip of his tail around his beloved and breathe in her enticing, floral scent.
