quick glimpse;;
detailed description;;[/u]
Sparrowtail is a Siamese cat, both his mother and father were this breed. His coat is a light cream color, while blending in at his paws face and tail are dark brown markings. His eyes are a deep blue color, and he can't see in the dark very well due to his breeds blue pigment in the eyes. Sparrowtail is rather small, you could consider him a runt, but he doesn't let it get in his way and he tends to move around better then most cats.
Sparrowtail is a light built cat. He was never one for fighting, he wasn't a fast runner either, but he is a jumper. Sparrowtail has most of his muscle near his shoulders and back legs for jumping. He also has a very animated tail, he uses it not only to speak, but for balance and when to show he doesn't want to be bothered. He may not be the strongest, but he loves to learn and hates the thought of battle.
His fur is rather soft, being a windclan cat, he likes water. Yet, he does have nothing better to do then groom himself during the day, unless a job is dropped on him. Cats are free to wake him up during the day to get what they need. Sick kits that have mild colds tend to like to sleep near him because he's fluffy and warm most of the time.
His scent is that of the ferns, that mixed with Windclan but those in his clan tell him by his sent. The grains in it tend to rub off on him and he smells like it. Some say it sort of like he rolled in cat nip or something of the sort, Sparrowtail takes pride in his scent though, he would rather keep it as that.

this is who I am
personality;;
Sparrowtail is a cat not many are fond of, not that he cares anyway. He is more of a laid back tom who doesn't like to care about much. When he was an apprentice, he only did things when he was told, but he did them pretty well. Even if it wasn't his job, he would clean the elders den without a complaint and would do an excellent job with effort put into it. Sparrowtail was called lazy for most of his life, because of the attitude of things he put into everything, yet his mentor never complained because he memorized everything correctly and he never messed up. Sparrowtail would always correct his mistakes if made, and they wouldn't happen again. He was found sleeping through most of the day, rather he enjoyed being awake at night then during the day.
Sparrowtail is active at night more then anything else. He may be quiet and lazy when it came to the day, but he was often out during the night doing whatever he wanted. Most of all, he always visited his mothers burial site, since he had memorized it going there every night after she had died. He wants to keep it as a secret, that he knew how she died, a reason he would rather not disclose to anyone. Sparrowtail knows what he is doing and wants to be loyal to his clan, nothing more. He definitely doesn't want to be like his father, who no one else knows who he is.
When it comes to battle, Sparrowtail hates it. He hates blood, he hates the facts cats turn against each other, it doesn't mean it won't happen. He understands fighting is a way of life, but the entire reason he didn't want to be a warrior was because of his nature he knew he wouldn't be a good fighter, not only for his size. Sparrowtail enjoys healing, and he does a quick job saving lives. He knows when to be kind, and when someone needs to shut their mouth and listen to him. He tries everything he can to keep his clan from breaking apart. Sparrowtail deeply believes in starclans guidance and path for him.
Sparrowtail is silent, he doesn't portray his feelings to anyone. Ever since his mother died, he's been focused on keeping cats like his father out. As far as the clan is concerned, his mother was killed by a fox. Sparrowtail only speaks when he needs to, and his feelings are more towards that of little words. He is kind when needed, tough when needed. He signals through his tail often, rather then saying words. Being alone is something he has been attached to.
history;;
Sparrowtail's past isn't something to dig into if you know him well enough. His kithood was all great and good until the day before his apprentice ceremony, when his mother died apparently from a fox attack which was not true because he watched his mother die.
Sparrowkit, he was a bright kit who loved to play around, loved to be near his mother as well. His father was a rogue, that no one knew about, so he didn't even grow to know his father and people didn't bug his mother to find out who it was. Sparrowkit wanted to go on adventures constantly, he wasn't really close to any of his clan mates mostly he played with his mother. He would often get lost and wander out of camp, only the warriors to find him and scold him as usual. Sparrowkit had the excellent makings of a warrior, until the night before his apprentice ceremony. It was raining that night and he was up wondering where his mother went. They had told him she had gone for a walk, but there was a fox in the territory a patrol was trying to locate. Sparrowkit went out himself to look for his mother, even with the risk of a fox being out. When he found her, there was another cat, a tom that looked exactly like him and his mother. The tom had his mother pinned to the ground. Sparrowkit hid in the bushes terrified, as he watched the tom talk to his mother. The one thing that he picked up was "Sparrowkit is my son, he deserves to know who I am". Sparrowkit tried his best not to jump out and it wasn't soon after the tom killed his mother right in front of him. Sparrowkit ran as fast as he could home, into the nursery before anyone could notice he was gone. In the morning when his mothers corpse was pulled in, he didn't say a word, he didn't even seem like he cared. He shared tongues with his mother for the last time, and the medicine cat bearing witness to this asked permission to make Sparrowkit her apprentice. Sparrowkit told the leader, he didn't like figthing anyway and wanted to help in any way he could. A few fays after his mothers death he was made the medicine cats apprentice as Sparrowpaw.
Sparrowpaw was lazy, even though his mentor constantly rode on him to do things right. When he did something though, he did it correctly and he seemed to have amazing memory. During the night, he was always out, trying to remember the way to where they buried his mother. In which he did. When his mentor noticed this, she didn't really have anything against it, as long as it didn't get in the way of his duties. Sparrowpaw enjoyed healing actually, handling the herbs, making mixtures and all. Specially gathering the herbs, because he liked to be away from camp as often as he could. His mentor and him didn't seem to be close as those who were normal warriors. Yet, Sparrowpaw did believe that starclan would understand his story, and the way he looked at things. Sparrowpaw had a friend called Briar-paw, she would always visit him and often help him hunt if needed. Sparrowpaw tended to talk to her more then anyone else in the clan. Sparrowpaw's name Sparrowtail came from his mentor, being the fact he spoke more with his tail more then anything else on his body. Sparrowtail was fine with this, and every day was learning more and more. He did enjoy learning, and his memory was outstanding.
Sparrowtail's mentor died a peaceful and natural death. It didn't effect him much because of his age and experience. Both of them felt like they were ready to move on, and Sparrowtail promised he'd speak with her in starclan when he went to the medicine cat meetings. His belief was uncanny with the star born cats of the ancestors. Sparrowtail hasn't changed much from then, he's still small, and knows a lot, but has earned a lot of respect. Unless a lot of cats still consider him to be lazy. He has still kept a secret that his father was a rogue, and that he killed his mother. The whereabouts of his father is unknown but someday Sparrowtail wants to meet him, and give him a mouthful.
family;; Mother is deceased and father is unknown, all his siblings were stillborn
other;; here's finally my app for the high position
Username: Rivaxorus
Activity:
On every day baby, unless grounded, without internet or personal problems, which doesn't happen often currently. But will most likely be on in the afternoon because of school.
Why?:
I love being the medicine cat, quiet frankly in every roleplay it's the first rank I check because this is the cat I use for it. For one, I have most of the herbs memorized myself, and also I'm pretty active and love plotting. I think it would be fun for others to interact with my character as a medicine cat rather then any other rank. Also, I get to have starclan contact, which I tend to enjoy xD =3
Role-Play Example:
"Oh come on, what's the use of you being small if you can't reach into small places to get things" Sparrowpaw's mentor complained, pressing on his back with a paw to push him forward. The tom made a small mouse like noise before falling into the small hole. "Hey! What was that for?" Sparrowpaw yelled, his mentor stuck her head through the hole. Gesturing to the roots near the edge of the small space. "We need those burdock roots, and your small enough too get them. Grab as much as you can then I'll help you back up. After all, my big fat rump can't fit down there." Sparrowpaw nodded after she explained and jumped his small body over. The roots were deeply embedded into the dirt, it would take some skill of digging to get them down. The Siamese tom pulled at the dirt around them, flicking his tail as he concentrated on them. His mentor said something, but the apprentice wasn't paying much attention to it. Finally he managed to loosen the dirt and pulled out a group of burdock root. The scent filling his nose as he looked back up at his mentor. Wondering if it was enough. "That's good enough for now, after all we can only carry so much, pass me the herbs then I'll pull you out." Sparrowpaw grabbed the roots in his mouth carefully. Sneezing because of the dirt, the taste of the roots wasn't delightful either. As he passed them on his mentor grabbed onto his scruff and pulled him out. "Don't ever make me do that again." Sparrowpaw told her as he grabbed some of the roots and walked ahead of her.
"Hurry up, I'm going to leave you behind big fat rumped lady" Sparrowpaw laughed, he sounded funny with the herbs in his mouth probably. The apprentice skipped along as his mentor shook her head and followed. Sometimes when he spoke for once, he made no sense. Yet, his communication with words was kept at a low, unless alone with her. That and when he was with his friend. "Don't throw my own insult back on me mister, make up your own." Sparrowpaw flicked his tail in reply. The she-cat laughed before continuing to follow him. The cat had such a bright future, but he refused to get too close to anyone to disclose the information he had about his past. Sparrowpaw smiled at the sound of his mentors voice as he entered camp. All the cats were busy because it was the middle of the day. As soon as he dropped off these roots, he wanted to drop down into his bed of moss and sleep till dusk. Although, all the cats probably wouldn't let him, because apparently it was a sign of being lazy.
