reason for name;; As a kit Birdkit was named so because of her lithe appearance. As a warrior the suffix "song" was added to honor her soft voice and the song of the birds that feed SkyClan.

detailed description;;[/u] Birdsong is a pretty lithe calico she-cat. She has a mostly white pelt with splashes of black, orange, ginger, yellow and tan. She has thick sleek fur, with ginger paws and ginger splash on her chin. She has a ginger spot just above her left eye, and a black spot just to the right of her right eye. Her calico markings are very unique. She has a ginger tabby printed tail, and to top off her beauty she has brilliant green eyes. Her build resembles a WindClan cat more than it resembles a SkyClan cat, with her lithe lean muscles and leggy build

Loyal to SkyClan, to Birdsong that's what she strives to be. The clan comes first to this young warrior and she'll be the first to tell you such. She does what it takes to keep her clan healthy and safe and this will make her an amazing leader one day.
Don't assume that just because she's loyal to her clan first, doesn't mean that she isn't compassionate to other clans. She's always the first to help a kit or another clan cat if it's in danger. She doesn't want to see any cat suffer, and will do everything in her power to prevent it from happening.
Even though Birdsong is a young warrior, she is very wise. She knows a lot and is very wise. She's the kind of cat to think before leaping into battle, and shedding unnecessary blood.

Birdsong was born in SkyClan and was one of two kits in her litter. Her mother named her Birdkit and her sister Mousekit. Her mother, Fernflower and her father, Thrush-heart were both loyal warriors of SkyClan. They were pretty average in their warrior hood. As kits Birdkit and Mousekit were both rather normal. They both enjoyed the elders stories and were always underpaw with the warriors.
Around the age of six moons Birdkit and Mousekit received their warrior names. They were both mentored by sibling warriors who allowed them to do a lot of their training together. From battle training to hunting- which Birdkit excelled at. She was able to leap highly, at catch birds midflight, so long as they weren’t to high up.
Her first battle as an apprentice came all to soon. She as about three moons into her training before a face-off with ThunderClan erupted. The face-off came over a disagreement about borders. While on a routine border patrol a ThunderClan warrior patrol ambushed them. Mousepaw, with the speed of StarClan was able to run back to camp and bring a whole patrol of fighting warriors. SkyClan managed to chase ThunderClan off, but Birdpaw was badly wounded.
She was taken back to the camp, and layed in the medicine cat den for almost a half a moon. Once the medicine cat deemed her fit, she jumped right back into training and around thirteen moons she and Mousepaw were named warriors. She was given the name Birdsong in honor of her loyalty and her heart for SkyClan.
